How is it already Spring Session??

  • The session is 14 weeks long ending the week of March 22 and playoffs are the week of March 29th
  • Everyone needs 6 plays BEFORE playoffs (brand new players need 10 plays by the end of the Tri Annual tournament)
  • You can update your own rosters in the APA Scorekeeper appExceptions: you cannot add a player that is on a different team in the same division, you cannot remove a player that is the captain or Co-Capt or if they are qualified for the Singles Regional. You need to contact the office to get those changes completed
  • You can change your roster for the first 4 weeks]
  • We have byes that we would love to get filled!!
  • 8 Ball Tri Annual: April 17-18
  • 9 Ball Tri Annual: April 10-11
  • Spring MVP: June 13
  • 8 Ball World Qualifier: May 15-17
  • 9 Ball World Qualifier: May 8-10

Payment options for the Spring Session 2025 Teams pay their dues electronically on either the APA Pool League app or on the APA Scorekeeper app. Those that want to pay up front and reduce your fees a little this is for you!!! If your team wishes to pay in advance you will get a discount!!!! Spring session is 14 weeks long and you do not pay for byes. If your team would like to pay the entire sess

Please go into the Scorekeeper app and remove any players that are not staying on your team. (You cannot remove Co-Captains or Singles Qualified players, the office will need to help you) This allows us to see who needs players on their team.
