New changes for MVP tournament: 

  • The Top 5 per each skill level tier will now be eligible signing up for MVP
  • Additional Regional Boards (Golden Tickets) will be added based off of player sign-up/ bracket counts per Tier
  • Depending on tier and bracket, golden tickets will be on the winners side and possibly on the back side of a bracket.
  • Payouts & Plaques will be for winner side players only.
  • The MVP changes should slightly shorten the tournament.

MVP is for Summer Session qualified players who are on an active Fall Session roster, No Exceptions! The $20 entry fee stays with the board you are entering in, with the payouts being 100% of entry fee plus money added to each board from APA Atlanta. Each board winner will also receive a "Golden Ticket" or multiple Golden Tickets based off for sign-ups to the Spring Regional Tournament...

Online Registration is NOW open and will end 10/15/2025 @ noon, three days prior to the start of the event. Please login or claim your Online Member Services Account for access for signing up on our website.

Best of the Rest takes place once a year after the Spring Tri-Annuals prior to our World Qualifiers. Teams gain eligibility for the Best of the Rest by finishing as the runner-up in one of our three Tri-Annuals (Summer, Fall or Spring).
