Southern Illinois APA has been given the opportunity to send 1 team to the Memphis area Shoot for a Cure benefit tournament in Tunica Mississippi, just southwest of Memphis. Last year the event raised more than $80,000.

This slot was given to us by the Memphis APA League Operators who complimented our players while at the Regional this past weekend.

This is a great opportunity to travel and compete against other areas at a great venue.

We have 1 slot for the Team Captains style event. (do not need to be a team captain, male and female allowed) That consist of 5-8 players playing in the team captain format.

There will also be Mini tournaments all weekend.

Event dates are Dec 5-7

New team Envelopes...

Pictures of the new envelopes that you will see on League nights are posted on our Facebook Group page The smaller zippered envelopes are the new team envelopes. They will have patch forms (continue to utilize these patch forms) and a manilla envelope for the weekly fees. Each team will technically have 2 of these envelopes. One in your possession on League night, and one will be in the League off

SHOOT 4 A CURE!!!! -Ladies 9 Ball Doubles -October 18th at Teddy's in Herrin. -Doors open at 10, play at 11. -$40 per team with 50% being donated to the American Cancer Society. The rest paid out to 1st and 2nd places. Plus, a prize pack. -Sign up on site...at Teddy's -32 teams Maximum -Maximum skill level of 10, must be on an active Southern Illinois APA team. ONLINE SCORE KEEPER...

Remember to submit your scoresheets at the end of the team match each night of play. If you dont submit the match, it cannot be scored in the system. If you used the paper scoresheets, we will collect them later this week and input them. However, we will be going full digital scoring after week 4 of this session. Monday and Tuesday teams, please verify that your submitted your teams match.
