Pictures of the new envelopes that you will see on League nights are posted on our Facebook Group page The smaller zippered envelopes are the new team envelopes. They will have patch forms (continue to utilize these patch forms) and a manilla envelope for the weekly fees. Each team will technically have 2 of these envelopes. One in your possession on League night, and one will be in the League office. We will be delivering and picking up all the matches on the same day. Therefore, your earned patches will be a week behind.

The larger folder will be kept at each host location and will have blank scoresheets to use only in case of the APP going down.

We are appreciative of everyone coming onboard with the new Scorekeeper app. As of now, over 90% of the teams have successfully utilized the app this session. I understand that there have been and will be growing pains with any new system. The APA is striving to make the APP as seamless as possible.

As we move forward with this new envelope system, we may find more effective ways that benefit both the player experience as well as the efficiency of the office procedures.
