Are we ready!!??

Spring Session starts Jan 4th! If you need to make changes to your team, let your Division Rep know ASAP! Roster and schedule changes are in progress. Initial Sunday division schedules (subject to change) should drop later tonight or early tomorrow morning. All other days will be posted over the next few days.

Important Note: 8-Ball TriAnnual was initially scheduled on the weekend of the Superbowl. That was an oversight on my part and several people complained... so I'm going to move it to the following weekend: Feb 14/15. Yeah, Valentine's Day... sorry... celebrate it on Friday night 🙂 there was going to be a tournament on the 14th no matter what because we have a lot of tournaments to get in before the beginning of March.

This is the way the calendar is shaping up:

Jan 4th - Spring Session starts

Jan 24th - Jack & Jill Division Playoffs

Jan 31st/Feb 1st - Fall 9-Ball TriAnnual

Feb 7th - Ladies Division Playoffs

Feb 7th - Masters Division Playoffs

Feb 14th/15th - Fall 8-Ball TriAnnual

Feb 21st - 9-Ball Doubles Straight to Vegas

Feb 28th - 8-Ball Doubles Straight to Vegas

Feb 28th - Masters Straight to Vegas

March 7th/8th - Singles Regional

March 14th - Fall MVP tournament

I’ve been hearing some comments from time to time that make me realize there are some misconceptions floating around, so hopefully I can address

Something disappointing happened at the Singles Qualifier yesterday that I thought I'd mention here to turn it into a learning lesson for whomever needs to hear it.I left a couple pieces of Taom chalk on a table next to my cues near Table #1. This chalk is distinctively labeled and shaped - it's cylinder shaped instead of the normal cube shaped chalk (typically Master) that is supplied at pool hal

Behavior. I don't know what it is... probably a combination of things - the holiday season, nearing playoffs, whatever - but there's been an uptick in reasonably serious sportsmanship related issues reported to me. Two from last night alone (that I'm aware of so far). I really do my best to deal with these matters fairly and privately... but if we need to have a public hanging to get the point acr
