THIS IS YOUR OFFICIAL TRICUPS ANNOUNCEMENT POST! SHARE WITH EVERYONE ON YOUR TEAM!

I believe I have given every one all the information they need to make this the smoothest and easiest tricups that they have been apart of. I can not stress this enough, please READ ALL of the information listed in the announcements. Captains it is YOUR duty to alert your team of the day/time & location where your team plays. Click the bracket links below to see your opponents/match time/location. Captains will receive a text message to go the table they are playing on 5-10 mins before the start of the match. Scoresheets, pens and timers will be delivered to the tables. THERE IS NO NEED TO SIGN YOUR TEAM IN, Just go to the table you are assigned to.

Teams listed in the top portion of their match are the HOME TEAM. Teams listed in the bottom portion of their match are the AWAY TEAM

Home Teams get 1/2hour of practice 1 hour before the match start time.

Away Teams get 1/2 of practice 1/2 before the match start time

IF your team does not show up for practice in their allotted time they will not get practice on the table.

I will only open the table to teams during THEIR practice time. If a team does not show up to their table I will not open the table for someone else that is not on the team or on another team.

I did my best to try to keep teams in the same location on Saturday and Sunday. Unfortunately a few teams that win will need to move from the bar to the back and vice versa.

Tricups are 1 week away from today. Please DO NOT wait until Friday at 6pm to begin to ask questions. You can put your questions in this thread and they will be answered by either Jeff Duda, Charea LilRedds James or myself. For the players who are new to reading a digitalpool bracket, I have included a graphic to show you how to read the bracket and understand where you go to.

I would like everyone to get used to this process as this is how we will run the Tricups and WPQ's going forward. Utilizing technology is a fantastic way to make this league grow and make it easy to run these great events for you all.

Score Keeper App Roster changes

After week 4 teams cannot edit their rosters using the Score Keeper app, you will have to fill out a Roster Change Form at apaphilly.com under the APA Philly Forms tab. If your change is not updated by the time you want your player to play then keep that match on paper and text me. Please do your Roster Changes earlier in the day to have a better chance of it being updated on time.

Spring Session Ending

4/17/25 - 8:20 pm

All past due money for teams and players must be paid by Friday April 26 at 6pm to avoid being excluded from the playoffs and TriCups.
