Very Important Date Change

Our Summer 2025 Tri-Annual will be moved to October 10-12, 2025 at the Moose Lodge.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope the 12-week lead time helps avoid any schedule conflicts you may have.

We inadvertently scheduled the Tri-Annual too close to the end of the session. Usually, this would not be an issue, as teams can arrange to have playoff matches completed in a timely manner. Playoffs are the week of the World Pool Championships in Las Vegas. If we keep the tournament as planned, we would effectively be penalizing those teams playing in Vegas, who would not be available for their playoff, and as a result, we would not be following our local bylaws.

Ideally, we have these within the first 4 weeks of the new session, but due to scheduling conflicts and location availability, it will be closer to the 1/2 way mark in the session.
