There are two ways to add a new player to your roster within the first 4 weeks of play.

1ST OPTION - The first and easiest is shown in the post picture. The player signs up directly through the APA website and pays membership online. Once that is complete they can be added to any roster. Make sure they use the OKC zip code to sign up so they will be searchable for Central OKC APA teams. They can be immediately added and play right away. Players that already have a profile can be added using steps 3 through 5 of the post picture. Please use below link to be directed to APA website.

2ND OPTION - The other option is to call or text the office to create a profile for the player. To create a profile we will need NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL and BIRTHDATE. We can add the player to your team and they can pay their membership the first time they play added to your team dues. Please use the below link to a google form that collects this information for us to enter. NOTE!!! IF YOU USE THIS OPTION PLEASE REALIZE WE WILL ENTER WHEN WE ARE ABLE TO, DO NOT USE THIS OPTION IF YOU NEED SOMEONE ADDED IMMEDIATELY AS WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER RIGHT AWAY.

For Spring Session...If you are currently a Qualified team for the World Qualifier there are rules for who you can add to your team and when you can add them. Please refer to Rules section in APP or call the office if you have questions.
