Hello Players!!!
We want to give special thanks to all players who played Summer Session with us. So we are doing something a little different this session. Instead of having a tournament just for Captains and Co-Captains we are opening it up to anyone who played at least 4 matches summer session and is currently on a Fall roster.
When - Saturday 10/18/25 SL 9 and below check in at 11:30 starts at 12PM, SL 10 and above check in at 2:30PM starts at 3pm
Location - Mr. G's Billiards
Format - Scotch Doubles Tournament broken into two separate brackets by Combined Skill Level. One bracket will have Combined SL 9 and below and the other will be SL 10-12. The player's highest SL between 8B and 9B will be used for total SL.
Game rules - APA Rules except 9B is not ball count. Start with 8B and alternate 8B and 9B racks (89er). Race to 3; 1st Place - $300, 2nd place - $200, 3rd/4th place - $100, 5th-8th place - $50
Entry Fee - Entry fee is completely free!! We appreciate you playing this summer!!!
Sign up - We have to limit room for sign ups. We can only take 32 teams for each Bracket. Must use link to sign up. We will post list Thursday before tournament to confirm which teams are in and which are waitlisted. If you don't have a partner you can sign up without and we will draw a partner if possible.

Prizes - There will be prizes to give away, however... prize tickets will require dontation to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital. For every $5 donation you will receive 5 Tickets to enter for the prizes of your choice. EXCEPT...Captains/Co-Captains - we still wanted to do something special for you. If you were a captain or Co-Captain for Summer Session you will be given 5 FREE tickets to enter for your choice of prizes. You may receive additional tickets by donating to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
We know this is a little different format than what has been posted in the Save the Dates post. However, we will be limited on staff to run the tournament due to unforeseen circumstances so we needed to simplify. Thank you for your understanding.
