Registration window closes on 03/01/2026 at midnight. After this date, we may allow additional entries, but please know that your team will not receive shirts if they register after this date!

Doors open at 9:00 a.m. and play starts at 10:00 a.m. 

$90.00 entry fee per team due at time of registration.  REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER THE REGISTRATION WINDOW CLOSES ON 03/01/2026.

Payment options are Venmo: bcald or Zelle 970-596-0806. If you are paying by cash, you must receive approval from the League Operator and it must be received within five days of registration.

Tournament capped at 48 teams

• 3-Person Teams
• Max Combined Skill Level of 15. Team can only have one skill level 6 or higher per team. (Players use higher of 8 or 9 ball skill level toward max of 15.) Exception: Skill level 8’s or 9’s will play as 7’s.
• Alternate between 8-Ball & 9-Ball racks, starting with 8-Ball.
• Order of play will be lowest skill level to highest skill level on each team.
• Must have been captain on a standard “23” team or ladies team for two sessions, during Summer 2025, Fall 2025, Spring 2026.
• Must have 20 scores in either 8 Ball or 9 Ball in past 2 years, by 6/30/26.
• Winning Team players must have played 4 times in CCOAPA Spring 2026 session and must play in CCOAPA Summer 2026 to be eligible for Vegas event.
• Winner goes to Vegas with Travel Assistance. Payout dependent on # of entries.
