· Free roster moves allowed the first 4 weeks. If a team has unusual circumstances, captain will need to contact the league office for approval. Teams already qualified for the World Qualifier (LTC) cannot make moves after the 4thweek, regardless of situation.

· For those who have not already paid their 2026 Annual Membership Dues, these need to be paid the night of player’s first match. If teams plays a player without their membership being paid, that match will be forfeited. Membership dues can be paid on-line at join.poolplayers.com or included with their match dues.

· BRAND NEW PLAYERS MUST SIGN UP ONLINE AT JOIN.POOLPLAYERS.COM AND MUST DO SO PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED MATCH. TEAMS CAN ADD THE PLAYER THROUGH THE SCOREKEEPER APP FOR THE FIRST FOUR WEEKS OF THE SESSION. SHOULD YOU NEED ASSISTANCE IN ADDING A PLAYER TO THE ROSTER, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE LEAGUE OFFICE AT LEAST ONE HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED MATCH TIME.

· To be eligible to participate in ANY post season play, players MUST play 4 matches during the regular session.

· WARNING!!! If your team advances to the World Qualifier, Player must have a handicap based on at least 10 MATCHES in the format in which they are participating (8-Ball or 9-Ball) by the end of the Spring Session. (Keep in mind that Byes, Forfeits, and lack of Playoff matches, could limit match opportunities…)

· We do not cancel matches for inclement weather. It is YOUR responsibility to contact opposing captain to reschedule within 2 weeks so that we can keep stats as accurate as possible.

· Remember – we are here to have a great time! Good sportsmanship is highly encouraged.

· Friendly reminder! We will be going paperless at the end of February! Please review the Scorekeeper FAQ’s in your member services app, under the “NEWS” tab!

· Have questions? Never hesitate to contact your Division Rep shown at the top of the scoresheet or the league office at 970-596-0806. Your Division Reps are there to help! They can answer rule questions, watch a shot if they are present, and help address conflicts on night of play.
