Just a reminder that when adding an existing APA player, or a new APA player to your roster, that everyone must go online and claim/create an account and pay all memberships online through that APA Member Services account. Try not to use the app to claim/create your account as it does not always work. Instead, everyone should use a browser (google,etc...) and go to www.poolplayers.com. Then click the drop down box under membership. Click on Join/Renew and then choose the correct box out of the 3 choices. New Member is for players who have never played in the APA and need to create/pay for their membership. Current Member is for those who have previously been in the APA but have never claimed/paid their APA membership through their Member Services account, and Returning Member is for those who have already claimed their APA Member Services account in the past, but just need to pay their APA membership.

If I receive anyone's membership money, it will end up as a credit for the team, and it will not pay for any memberships, as we do not take memberships and/or pay them in our local office. All memberships must be paid online. Please do not play a player if they have not paid their membership. If a team plays a player and that player is not a paid member when I go to enter the data in the system, the unpaid player's points will be removed from your weekly point total and your team will also be penalized for playing a player who is not an active APA Member. That means, In addition to losing the unpaid players points... for each player who played but isnt paid, the team will receive (8Ball - 1 penalty point), (9Ball - 5 penalty points). So once again please make sure all members claim/create/pay their membership online before they play the 1st time.
