THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW!

Information about World Qaulifier Tournaments:

We will have a brief meeting prior to first round matches so please have your players at West by 6:30 Tuesday through Friday. ALL players MUST have a minimum of 10 total scores in the format you're playing in. ALL players MUST have played 4 matches in the Spring Session with the team competing in the tournament.

A few other things to know before you go:

1. Tuesday through Thursday matches will be played on 2 tables.

2. Parking is going to be a challenge. Ride together or get dropped off when possible.

3. Do NOT block the driveways of businesses that open into the parking lot at West.

4. Please do not invite spectators until Sunday. Seating will be reserved for players that are on your team roster.

5. No outside food or beverages will be allowed. Limited breakfast menu will be available Saturday and Sunday.
