Western SC APA Masters “Straight to Vegas” Tournament

Entry Fee: $300 per team
Team Size: 3–4 players (3 play per match)
Team Limit: Minimum 12 teams, Maximum 16 teams
Registration Opens: September 1, 2025 (online or via APA app)

Western SC APA is proud to host the Masters "Straight to Vegas" Tournament. This event will send one team to compete at the Spring 2026 Pool Player’s Championship in Las Vegas.

All entry fees will be used to provide travel assistance for the winning team.

Tournament Format:

Race to 7 (8 games of 9-Ball and 5 games of 8-Ball)
US Amateur Rules and Format
Lag to choose: Winner of lag selects either game (8-Ball or 9-Ball) or break
Entire set of one format must be completed before switching formats
Jump cues are allowed

Eligibility Requirements:

All players must be on an active Western SC APA 8-Ball or 9-Ball team
Each player must have at least 20 matches played in the past 2 years by early March 2026
(Matches may be any combination of 8-Ball and 9-Ball formats)

Only 16 team slots available. Early registration is highly encouraged to secure your spot.
