2026-2027 Local Bylaws 

PLEASE read the Rules and Bylaws BEFORE contacting the office with questions that are clearly outlined in these locations. Answers to questions such as when you can change a roster, how many matches a player needs, replay and forfeit rules are all in the links above. 

Week 10 starts on 10/5/26 - This is the Last week for make up matches and all matches need turned in by week 12.

Week 12 - All make up matches turned in and this is the last week for replays.

The 8-ball doubles division matches for October IS an approved make up month. The last day to drop your envelope is October 29, 2026. If you need an extension, you must get approval from the office. February Floating match is also due at the end of October and there are NO EXTENSIONS PERMITTED for this match. It has been out since week 1 and shouldhave been pre-played. Any matches not turne din by October 29, will be double forfeit and fullf ees are due.

The Masters and Ladies division matches for October is NOT an approved make up month.The last day to drop your envelope is October 29, 2026. If you need an extension, you must get approval from the office.

Early membership renewl opened on COtober 1, 2026. However, memberships are not due until the start of the spring session which starts in December.

 Oct. 7 - Queen of the South - Event Flier HERE 

Oct. 16-18 Carolina Classic - Breaktime. This event is for 8-ball WPQ Runner up teams. Roster forms were sent out last week. The bracket will be coming soon. If you have roster changes be sure to return your form. Otherwise, you will be playing with the WPQ roster.

All tournaments are online registration on the Triad APA Website except Tricups, WPQ. The Tournament registration opens 14 days prior to the event and once its full, there are no more entries into the event. Those missing sign up will need to go on the waiting list. All information can be found on the attached link. Just a reminder, If you register for the event and do not show up, You will be marked past due the entry fee and can not play league until it is paid. This also means there is no registration the day of an event. You can find on line registration rules HERE
