Hello All!

The Schedules for the 2025-2026 3rd qualifying Session (Spring 2026 Session) are posted on the member services APP for most divisions. These are PRELIMINARY schedules and teams can still be added. That means the schedule can change as teams continue to register. Please be sure to check the Member services APP for the most current schedule. The Scorekeeper for the Spring session can not be turned on until after playoffs for the current Fall session are complete. You can make roster changes once it's on. You can make your own roster changes once the SKA opens after your playoff matches are scored in the system.

If you have not yet registered your team and would like to do so, Please contact me ASAP so we can get the schedules updated as accurately and as quickly as possible!

All NEW players will need to go to poolplayers.com/menu/membership/join/renew and select the correct Blue box. They can Complete the online application and pay their membership. Once I receive their registration notification, I can add them to your roster. If it's the first week of play, you can edit the roster in the SKA and search them to add to your team. Once they have joined, they can download the APP and start using it!

* All players - new or existing need 6 matches with the team in the Spring session to play in playoffs and triannuals for the Spring Session. All players need 10 lifetime matches in the format inorder to play in World Qualifier. If you do not understand these match requirements, please reach out to me so I can clarify it.

If you have a new member that doesn't do electronics or online payment please call the office 336-542-6866 to have them added to your team.

This is the Spring session that starts the week of December 7, 2025 - That means Teams can make roster changes until week 4. There are NO roster changes for any team after week 4 of the session.
