8-Ball Doubles for the Month of November IS an approved make-up month due to the "9-Ball Carolina Classic" tournament. All paperwork must be dropped in the box no later than Nov. 27. Matches are scored as a double forfeited if not turned in by the deadline and no communication as to an extension. You must drop the sheets by the deadline OR request an extension from the office.

8-ball doubles point of contacts are Rhonda Shipwash (Shooters & Gate City), Michelle Jefferson (Busters), Justin Tiffin (Red Zone)

Masters and Ladies for November is an approved make-up week and the last drop date for this paperwork is Dec 18. Please contact the office if you have questions.

There are no roster changes for any team in the last 3 weeks of the session.

The last day to register for the MVP Tournament is Nov. 1. You MUST scan the QR code on your invitation to register. This is a pre-registered event only.

Nov. 1 - Shoot for the Cure 8-ball Doubles Qualifer. This event qualifies a team to travel to Memphis to compete in the Shoot for the Cure event. Travel assistance provided.

Nov. 8 - Summer Session 8-ball and 9-ball MVP Event. This is for the 1st place finishers in each division in each skill level. It is by invitation only!

Nov. 14 - 9-Ball Carolina Classic for Runners-up of the 2025 9-ball WPQ - Breaktime Billiards

Nov. 22 - Turkey Shoot out 9-ball dbls event. Max combined skill level 11. EVENT FLIER HERE!! 

Nov. 28 - Black Friday Singles Board Extravaganza!!!! 1/2 price boards run alll day long! Watch for the Flier in the "news" section of the MS APP

All tournaments are online registration on the Triad APA Website except Tricups, WPQ. The Tournament registration opens 14 days prior to the event and once its full, there are no more entries into the event. Those missing sign up will need to go on the waiting list. All information can be found on the attached link. Just a reminder, If you register for the event and do not show up, You will be marked past due the entry fee and can not play league until it is paid. This also means there is no registration the day of an event. You can find on line registration rules HERE
