Hello Triad APA!!!

We will be out of town starting August 21 - August 26, 2025. The office will be closed while we are away. Couple things:

1. Patches will be caught up with the week 5 team envelopes. Y'all only need to note it one time on the scoresheet, I promise, I'll see it if you put it in the "NOTES to LO" section of the scoresheet.

2. Scoresheets will be entered when I return (8/26). I will pre-release WEEK 4 AND 5, just incase something wacky happens.

3. If the APP gives you an issue, take it back to the stone age and use paper scoresheets BUT - Use today's technology and text me a picture of it.

4. If you need a rule answered, use your fact finding skills and look it up USING THIS LINK OR check the local bylaws on the member services app.

5. Remember to have fun and play nice with others while I'm away :)

MID-ATLANTIC 9-BALL QUALIFIER REGISTRATION OPENS ON 8/30!

Triad APA! Registration will open Aug. 30, 2025 on the website! Website link here/ tournament registration/team. Attached is the event fact sheet and information regarding the Mid-Atlantic Qualifier. We must have 12 teams in order to hold this qualifer, If we have less than that, we will cancel the event. If we don't send teams this year, we will not hold this event in the future. LOCAL QUALIFIER

APA Members, Just a reminder: If an existing player is returning this session that has not yet played in 2025 league year, They owe the $30.00. If yo0u played in the Spring or summer session, your membership is already current until December 2025. In case you need another reminder.... WHICHEVER COMES FIRST... OFFICE HOURS: MON - THUR 3PM - 8PM CLOSED FRIDAY AND SATURDAY SUN. ANSWERED IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE The Friday Forum will be sent out on the 1st Friday of the month, It will no longer be sent every Friday. The SKA has been turned on for the Fall session for all divisions. You can now make roster changes UNLESS you are changing Capt/Co-Captain or have a player joining from another APA area. In tho
