WEEK 2 - You can still add and remove players on the APP unless they played in another APA Area, then you need to contact me to add the player. You can still change team name, Captain and CO-Captains by contacting the office. Make-up matches and replays are also allowed. If scheduling a make up match, please let me know of the reschedule.

We will be away for Spring break and the office will work on limited hours. Send me a text or Facebook message and I'll get back to you when I am working.

Division Champ Award selection sheets have been sent out. Please return them ASAP. If they are not turned into the office by the deadline date noted on the sheet, You will default to receiving plaques. I WILL NOT CONTACT YOU FOR THE FORM

Next week, I will be releasing scoresheets for the dates we have other APA events shedule for and holiday dates. Please preplay what you can. remember, Week 10 is the last week for make up matches and they must be turned in by week 12. Some of these matches may fall on a date after week 10, that measn preplay is a must.

If you have concerns regarding another Player's skill level (or your CLA,HI,HA found on the APP) that you would like to share with us, please fill out the Handicap Evaluation Request form. We will investigate each request. Handicap Evaluation Request form. These forms are reviewed every Wednesday.

8-ball Dbls: April is NOT an approved make up week. If you need to reshedule, you MUST contact the office for approval. Otherwise, it will be a double forfeit. 8-BALL DOUBLES MAKE UP SCHEDULE

April 19 - Singles Boards at Red Zone. Doors open at Noon. Format depends on participation. Players must be active on an 8-ball or 9-ball roster and must have played 10 matches in the last 2 years in the corresponding board format.

April 24 - May 5 - PPC in LAS VEGAS!!! We will be leaving for Las Vegas on April 24th. We will be 3 hours behind the local time and we work midnight shift (Vegas time). The office will be onlimited hours. Text me or Facebook Message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

May 9-11 - Spring 9-ball Triannuals @ Shooters - This is Your SPRING Roster. All players must be active in the format in the Summer session. All players must have played 6 matches with the team in the Spring session.

May 16-18 - Spring 8-ball Triannuals @ GCBC - This is Your SPRING Roster. All players must be active in the format in the Summer session. All players must have played 6 matches with the team in the Spring session.

June 6 - 9 - 8-Ball WQ @ Breaktime

All tournaments are online registration on the Triad APA Website except Tricups, WPQ and WPE. The Tournament registration opens 14 days prior to the event and once its full, there are no more entries into the event. Those missing sign up will need to go on the waiting list. All information can be found on the attached link. Just a reminder, If you register for the event and do not show up, You will be marked past due the entry fee and can not play league until it is paid. This also means there is no registration the day of an event. You can find on line registration rules HERE
