Hello Triad APA!

Welcome to the 2025 Summer Session! Here are a few important reminders:

1. ALL Divisions are open on the SKA (Scorekeeper APP). You can make your own roster changes. You can not change the team name, Capt, Co-Captain or add a player from another area. Those items need to be handled by me.

2. Team Names, Captains and Co-Captains can be changed by noting the scoreheets notes. Team name change should also be noted on the envelope so we can replace the label. This can be changed within the first 4 weeks of the session.

3. All players with an unpaid annual membehsip ( returning but didn't play in the Spring 2025 session) will need to pay thier membership on the the NMS App by clicking the orange banner. Memberships should be paid electronically. If you have a player that doesn't have electronic payment, you must notify the office. 

4. All brand new players to APA must register at poolplayers.com / membership / join renew / new member. They MUST sign up and pay their membership in order for them to join. Once they join, you can search them in the Scorekeeper app and add them to your roster.

5. ALL players on the team must get 6 matches with the team in order to pay in the Summer Triannuals. Roster changes can be made at anytime (Except the last 4 weeks of the session). ANy player joining in the first 6 weeks, provided they get 6 matches with the team, will be eligibile for the session playoffs and triannual. If a player joins after week 6, regardless of the number of matches played with the team, they will be ineligible for the session playoffs or triannuals.

6. If your team shows a loss of bonus points, it is either incorrect payment or the scoresheet match total did not match. It is your responsibility to contact the office to find out why the bonus points were deducted.
