Welcome to the first week of the Summer 2025 Session! This is the first qualifying session in the new new league year. Please see the post regarding the new session.

We are happy to announce the start of the NEW Wednesday night Breaktime DJ Division! We hae room for additional teams and all skill levels are welcome. Please le me know if you would liek to join.

Division CHamp Selection forms are in the 1st weeks envelope. They are due to the office by May 2. If It is not received, we will award your team plaques. If you have a bye the first week, the form will be in the 2nd week.

If you have concerns regarding another Player's skill level (or your CLA,HI,HA found on the APP) that you would like to share with us, please fill out the Handicap Evaluation Request form. We will investigate each request. Handicap Evaluation Request form. These forms are reviewed every Wednesday.

8-ball Dbls: April is NOT an approved make up week. If you need to reshedule, you MUST contact the office for approval. Otherwise, it will be a double forfeit. 8-BALL DOUBLES MAKE UP SCHEDULE

If you are playing in Las Vegas this month, Registration will open on your NMS App on APril 14th. YOU MUST CLICK THE ORANGE BANNER AND CERTIFY in order to play in the event. I get reports on who has and has not registered, make it easy for me, and register :)

May 9-11 - Spring 9-ball Triannuals @ Shooters - This is Your SPRING Roster. All players must be active in the format in the Summer session. All players must have played 6 matches with the team in the Spring session.

May 16-18 - Spring 8-ball Triannuals @ GCBC - This is Your SPRING Roster. All players must be active in the format in the Summer session. All players must have played 6 matches with the team in the Spring session.

June 6 - 9 - 8-Ball WQ @ Breaktime- It's a go!!! They are open for business and it's gonna be amazing!

All tournaments are online registration on the Triad APA Website except Tricups, WPQ and WPE. The Tournament registration opens 14 days prior to the event and once its full, there are no more entries into the event. Those missing sign up will need to go on the waiting list. All information can be found on the attached link. Just a reminder, If you register for the event and do not show up, You will be marked past due the entry fee and can not play league until it is paid. This also means there is no registration the day of an event. You can find on line registration rules HERE
