Triad APA! 

The Summer 2024 8 Ball Triannual is August 23 - August 25, 2024 at Shooters Locate at 3407 West Gate City Blvd Ste D Greensboro, NC 27407. Players meeting will be Friday night at 6:45PM and first round starts at 7:00PM. Saturday morning, doors open at 8:00AM and rounds start at 9:00AM. If you have a first round bye, you do not need to attend the Friday night players meeting. There will be one Saturday morning as well. There will be TWO ROUNDS ON SUNDAY, Doors open at 8AM and round starts at 9AM and the last round is at 1PM.

REGULAR LEAGUE WILL BE DELAYED - Teams are welcome to reschedule and will have 3 weeks to get the matches completed. 

Here are a few reminders: 

• Round Schedule is HERE and Bracket is HERE (There are 3 pages so be sure to scroll). Find the match number on the bracket (ex. 8101). Then, Find the same number on the round schedule listed under the round time. That's the time the round is scheduled to start.
• A team that qualifies in the Summer Session must retain four original members in the subsequent Sessions or they will lose eligibility. 
• Players must have played 6 times with the team in the Summer 2024 session. 
• Players must be active in the format in the current Fall 2024 session (Current).
• Players must be 18 years of age or older.
• Players play at their HIGHEST skill level - either session ending or current - whichever is HIGHER. In addition, If you play in another APA area at a higher skilll level, you will need to play in any Tricup, WPQ or WPE at that skill level.
• Players and Teams must be current on all league fees. If your team or players on your team are past due, the fees will need to be paid at the first round in order to get your scoresheet. Past due amounts are listed on the Scorekeeper APP in RED under your team scoresheet and is labled' PAST DUE"
• Any full team forfeit in the first round, will forfeit the team out of the tournament.
