Week 1 of the new session starts this Sunday, Aug. 4, 2024. All new members must register at Poolplayers.com. Any current member that hasn't played in the new league year will need to pay their dues with the APP. If you have players that are not on electronic payments, please contact the office for other options.

The office will be working on limited hours Aug. 5 - Aug. 18, 2024 due to us working at the national event in Las Vega. best way to get me is via text. We will be working on Vegas time (3 hours behind the local time) and we work the midnight shift. I will answer you as soon as I can.

Weeks 1 - 3 have been pre-delivered. that means ALL PATCHES WILL BE CAUGHT UP WITH WEEK 4. Again, all patches will be caught up with week 4 delivery.

Division Champ awards selection forms were delivered with week 1. Please return it in your team envelope by Aug. 19 (end of week 4) or you default to Plaques.

Scorekeeper is open for all divisions for the Fall 2024 session. You can make your own roster changes there. If you need a capt or co-capt changed, please not the LO Notes section of the scoresheet after submitting it. If you have a player coming from another area, please contact me so I can add them to your team. If a player is switching teams within the division, the outgoing team needs to remove the player FIRST - then you can add them.

All tournaments are online registration on the Triad APA Website except Tricups, WPQ and WPE. The Tournament registration opens 30 days prior to the event and once its full, there are no more entries into the event. Those missing sign up will need to go on the waiting list. All information can be found on the attached link. Just a reminder, If you register for the event and do not show up, You will be marked past due the entry fee and can not play league until it is paid.
