Hello everyone.... Just wanted to take a moment to cover a few things as we approach the end of the Spring 2026 session.
Much of this info can be found in our Local Bylaws, which every Team Captain should have a copy and/or have read.
- Any team that qualifies for the World Pool Qualifier(s) (LTC, Vegas Qualifiers) MUST play in the Summer session.
- Players on a team that qualify for the WPQ must also remain active. Any team that drops out and does not play the Summer forfeits their eligibility for the WPQ, also any player that drops for Summer and is not on another team can not play in the WPQ.
- Any team that qualifies for Tri-Annuals is not required to play Summer as it is the extension of playoffs from the current session.
- Big Dawg and High Point Championship: Players and Teams must play the Summer 2026 session to retain eligibility.
- MVP Singles: June 20th for 8 Ball & June 27th for 9 Ball. Players must be playing the Summer 2026 session to retain their eligibility for the MVP event.
- Big Dawg Championship: July 11th
- High Point Finisher Championship: July 18th
- Summer session is only 10 weeks long. Starts the last week of April and will end Mid-July.
- Also this year we will be doing something special for all teams that play the Summer 2026 session. More details to come….(Waiting on confirmation of a new event we are offering)
- Fall session will start the week of July 19th-23rd
- Michigan Challenge (Soaring Eagle) will be August 27th-30th, we lost our November date this year, Players must be active for the Fall 2026 session to be eligible.
- In November we will be hosting a 3-Person Hi-Lo in Houghton Lake at the Statewide Sportsdome. Skill cap of 15. Looking like 128 teams max, the entire state is open for this event.
- Start times: We have different start times for different areas of play, your league start time is shown on the app and in your schedule. If your start time is 7:00pm, teams have 15 min grace to have players ready to play. If not ready and available to play 15 past the start time teams may forfeit their first matches. So please start on time. If you are running late please communicate with your opponents.
- Team fee payments, we have found the best practice is to send in your team fees prior to starting League play, this helps get scores inputted and the following week's scores sent out quickly.
As always, any questions please let us know.
Summer session changes, if you have not submitted your changes please send us a text or email. We will send out temporary schedules and rosters the first week of April.
