National only allows one Tier of playoffs money from Tier 2 will be realocated to the Top Tier

The MVP setting only allows me to set for the entire league. This being said it is currently set at 5 weeks, this could vary based off of the Division length. Unfortuately not all nights have the same total amount of weeks.
