New Patch Request

Hello all!

I know how much you all love your patches and we want to get them to you so we're trying to streamline a new way to make sure we stay organized when you ask for your them!

If you utilize the patch form once or twice a season you may continue to do that, we love that way! For those of you that want instant gratification on your patches we ask that you no longer put them in the notes on the scorekeeper app or zelle. We will be using a google form moving forward.

To access this google form you may go to the Suffolk APA website and on the left hadn side there is a tab in all caps PATCH INFORMATION. Hover over that and click on the tab APA PATCHES. From there you will be able to click the link for the google form. I will put it on this post as well but once this dissapears you will only be able to access it through the Suffolk APA website.

I know I owe a few of you patches but my spreadsheet deleted a good portion of what is owed. Please feel free to enter in those owed patches on the form and if you will be at tricups within the next 2 weeks we will bring them down for you otherwise we will get those in the mail.

Singles Qualifier Boards for the Fall Regional - Get Qualified before the window closes on June 15th. $25 to enter - includes table time - and play as much as you like for that entry fee until you qualify. Next up for our T2T Fundraiser is this BEAUTIFUL Jacoby Custom Cue & Case! This cue is a beautiful green marbled color with a black carbon fiber shaft and a 2 butt/3 shaft black Jacoby backpack case. The value of this package is over $2,200! Tickets are now on sale - $10 each, 3 tickets for $20 or 10 for $50. All proceeds from this raffle will go to our T2T fundraiser. The winner will be dr
