30 YEARS! Today is our official 30 year Anniversary running the APA league in Suffolk County! To think I was pregnant with Chris and Matt just turned 2 when my dad and I started the league. Now I'm going to be a Grandma "Mimi" this year! This league has been such a joy to run. I probably make it look easier than it is butIt really is a lot of work and I wouldn't trade it for a thing. Thanks to all of you for your support of the Suffolk County APA Pool League over the last 30 years!! So many great friends, great adventures and lots of pool playing. Thank you to all our AWESOME host locations too! We wouldn't be where we are without you all. Looking forward to the next 30...For the next 30 days, I will be drawing a player (in the current paid database) to get a free night of play and a t-shirt! 1st player is Jason Dabrowski! PS - We are going to send a 3rd 9-Ball Team to Vegas this year!! Super stoked about that and possibly 7 teams next February to Vegas for doubles!

A Point of Interest - James Gebhard, Lucien Saint Cyr, Mike Nelson and Doug Ward were all players before we bought the league and have all maintained their membership over the last 30 years! Reiner Jensen only missed playing one year(in the year 2000). Michael Anderson and Kevin Giusti each only missed 3 years of the last 30. So many of you have played so many years. I'm so grateful to all of you for participating in our league.

Hope everyone is staying warm this Friday! The question this week was: How many senior skill levels (6, 7, 8, 9) are you allowed to play in one night? The answer is, 2! You are only allowed to have 2 senior skill levels (6,7,8,9) play in the same night. The Sign ups are now open for this years "Battle of the Ages" event.
