Happy Holiday Season everyone!

As we end the Fall session and get ready for the Spring to start - January 4th is the official start date for the spring - Please note the following:

If you haven't already told me that your team is coming back, please do so now! Send a text to: 631-312-6157 and tell me the team name that is continuing. This will save me a tremendous amount of work so Thank You in advance! If you have any changes, please let me know who is coming off, who is going on and what location you are changing to (if necessary).

All Fall Session Tri-Cup teams will need to go on our Google Form to fill out what their team would like for their awards. Please click here to access the form.

9-Ball Tri-Cups will be held on January 10th - one day event. 8-Ball Tri-Cups will be held on January 24th and possibly 1 round on the 25th if necessary for some teams. I will try to get it finished in one day!

Please make sure you let your teammates know that their membership money is due the first time they play for the spring or by the 4th week - WHICHEVER COMES FIRST! Players that joined in the fall will have a $15 renewal for 2026, all the rest will owe $30 for their membership. If you wish to zelle to the office, I can pay it for you here, otherwise players can pay right through the app.

Weekly Dues are going up to $55 in January.

We started a year long Charitable contribution to "Tunnel to Towers", beginning with our Halloween event. We raised $1230 at the Halloween tournament and added another $1500 with our Holiday Bash. We are also going to do a 50/50 that will start in January and end on 9/11/26. Tickets will be $5, 3 for $10 and 10 for $20. If your team wished to participate, Send in an extra $5 with your weekly dues and I'll give you 2 tickets for that $5 for any week you send. I'll keep the total updated every couple of weeks. Let's try to hit a $10,000 total so the winner will receive $5,000 and our fundraiser the other $5,000! Our yearly fundraiser will finish up with a Big event on August 29th and our Summer Session Tri-cups on 9/11 & 9/12. Thanks for everyones help with our fundraisers all year long!!!
