Come join us December 2nd at VIP Billiards at 4:30pm for this year's Holiday Bash Event! $25 per person (whether you play in the event or not) includes: Dinner, Dessert, Tournament entry, Raffle tickets to our 2 tables of giveaways, 2023 Holiday Patch to the first 125 to sign up, and part to a donation to our animal shelters.  

Tournament details: We will have two tournaments, Board #1 - 3 players to 16 in skill level and Board #2 - 3 players to 13 in skill level. Instead of our usual single elimination board, we will play a round robin style event this year! This will give players more time on the table. Each Board will be grouped in teams of 4. Those teams will play the other teams in their bracket (so 3 rounds total) and the winner of each Bracket will go to the final 4. Sign up on the website under: Tournament Registration/Team

Our Cause: This year, as always, we will be asking for donations for our local Animal Shelters. Please bring dog or cat food (canned or dry), cat litter, paper towels, leashes, or pet toys. In addition, all extra sales of raffle tickets will go towards purchasing warm coats, gloves, hats & scarves for Children in Need. We have almost 100 kids in the program that need these items! If you cannot make the event but would like to purchase raffles that would be great! 1 sheet of 25 tickets is $20 or you can get 3 sheets for $50. I will have someone in charge of putting the tickets in the prizes for you and will text you your ticket numbers.
