Congratulations to All of Our 2025 - 2026 MVP Tournament Qualifiers!

We are excited to officially announce our upcoming 2025- 2026 UpState APA MVP Tournaments! Along with the Fall & Spring Sessions, we are also going to include this past Summer Session as well since the Summer Session has fully concluded!!

Qualifying for an MVP Tournament is an accomplishment worth celebrating. It reflects the dedication, competitive spirit, and commitment our members bring to the tables throughout the league season.

We want to congratulate every player who has earned the opportunity to compete in our upcoming MVP tournament and look forward to brining some fun and excitement along with a great weekend of competition!

🏆 TOURNAMENT DATES & LOCATION

Saturday, November 14, 2026 — 8-Ball MVP Tournament

Sunday, November 15, 2026 — 9-Ball MVP Tournament

Location: Lakeview Lanes

Entry Fee: $20 per qualified format

Tournament start times will be announced once registration closes and we have a better understanding of participation numbers.

📝 TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION — IMPORTANT INFORMATION

ALL QUALIFIED PLAYERS MUST COMPLETE A TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FORM AND SUBMIT THE REQUIRED ENTRY FEE TO BE OFFICIALLY REGISTERED.

• Entry fee is $20 per format. Players qualified in both 8-Ball and 9-Ball who wish to participate in both must submit $40.
• Qualified members must be on an active Fall team in the format they are registering for in order to participate in that format. 
• Tournament Registration Forms will be available beginning Friday, October 16, at Brick House Billiards, The Locker Room, and Lakeview Lanes.
• Members may also print their own Tournament Registration Forms.
• Completed forms and entry fees may be submitted with your team's weekly score sheets.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2026

All completed Tournament Registration Forms and entry fees MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE LEAGUE OFFICE NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 5.

PLEASE NOTE:

NO REGISTRATION FORM = NO TOURNAMENT ENTRY.

NO ENTRY FEE = NO TOURNAMENT ENTRY.

We will not register players without a completed registration form, and we will not accept registration forms without the required entry fee.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Simply qualifying for the tournament does not automatically register you to participate.

🎱 POTENTIAL SKILL-LEVEL BRACKETS

Depending on the number of registered participants, we may expand our tournament brackets to provide more individualized competition among similar skill levels.

8-BALL — SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14

Potential skill-level brackets:

• Skill Levels 2–3
• Skill Level 4
• Skill Level 5
• Skill Level 6
• Skill Level 7

9-BALL — SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 15

Potential skill-level brackets:

• Skill Levels 1–3
• Skill Level 4
• Skill Level 5
• Skill Levels 6–7
• Skill Levels 8–9

IMPORTANT: These additional bracket breakdowns are not guaranteed. They will only be implemented if registration numbers are sufficient to support each individual bracket.

Final bracket structures and tournament start times will be determined after the registration deadline.

We are incredibly proud of the talent, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit within our UpState APA community.

Whether this is your first MVP Tournament or you're returning for another opportunity to compete, you've earned your place among this year's qualifiers!

Even if you are already qualified for the 2027 Poolplayers Championships or upcoming Spring Singles Regionals, you are still welcome to participate in the MVP tournament as there are other prizes and awards that can be earned. 

We encourage everyone who qualified to get their registration forms and entry fees submitted early so we can finalize the brackets and tournament schedule.
