The Spring/Summer Session MVP Tournament will be held November 1st - 2nd at Post 82. 8 Ball will be played on Saturday & 9 Ball will be played on Sunday. This is a Modified Single Elimination Tournament. Brackets will be set based on individual skill rankings at the time of the draw. IF A MEMBER HAS ALSO QUALIFIED IN A HIGHER TIER OR THEIR HANDICAP IS NOW HIGHER THAN ORIGINAL QUALIFICATION. THE HIGHER HANDICAP WILL BE USED AND MAY ALSO BE PLACED IN THE HIGHER MVP BRACKET. MEMBERS MUST ALSO BE A PAID MEMBER ON AN ACTIVE TEAM IN THE FORMAT THEY ARE PARTICIPATING IN, IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT.

Cost is $20 per format qualified. Entrants must fill out a tournament registration form and include the entrance fee. Members who do not fill out a Tournament Registration Form "WILL NOT" be registered for the tournament. NO EXCEPTIONS. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ENTRANCE FORMS WITHOUT THE ENTRANCE FEE. We will have Tournament Registration Forms at Post 82, The VFW, Brick House Billiards, The Locker Room,  Lakeview Lanes.  Members can also print their own Tournament Registration Forms. Tournament Registration Forms as well as entrance fees must be received by the league office no later than October 24th. Members can simply include the Tournament Registration From & Entrance Fee with their weekly scoresheets

TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FORM 

Doors will Open at 8:00am. Player Meeting will be held approximately 8:45am with first round action to start immediately following the player meeting. All Summer & Fall  MVP Awards will be handed out during the MVP Tournament. Our Scheduled start time may be pushed back depending on member participation. We will also have staggered start times for certain tiers to help create a better tournament flow.
