Entry - $100 per team (with 32 teams) *READ BELOW*

Teams that signed up MUST pay their full team entry fee (no partial entry fees accepted) via Zelle by 12:00pm Thursday 1/22/26. Please note both player's names and team name on message. Teams that have not paid their entry by this time will lose their spot and the top waitlist team will then be offered that spot. No refunds will be given after Friday 12:00pm 1/23/26. Winners will receive travel assistance and entry to compete at the APA Poolplayer Championships - 9-Ball Doubles Championship in Las Vegas at the Westgate between April 26-27, 2026!

Runner-Up will ALSO receive travel assistance (slightly less) and entry to compete at the APA Poolplayer Championships - 9-Ball Doubles Championship in Las Vegas at the Westgate between April 26 - 27, 2026!

3rd Place will receive a cash prize.

Eligibility Requirements:

Players must have at least twenty (20) 9-Ball scores within the last two (2) years. This stat can be found on your player profile on the APA app.

Players must be on an active (Spring Session) APA roster in any 9-Ball format in the West Suburban Chicago APA.

You may not be signed up without including all required information. It is each team's responsibility to look up whether each team member is eligible on the APA app - player profile page. All signups are time stamped by the date they are entered on the Facebook flyer. Once 32 teams have signed up by providing all required information, each team that signs up can consider themselves on the waitlist. The team list and waitlist will be updated periodically on the Facebook post. Teams that no-call no-show will lose the ability to sign up for future APA events.

Please be aware that in Las Vegas at the APA Poolplayer Championships in April/May there will be overlap of 9-Ball Doubles and 8-Ball Singles. Players will not be able to play in both events. If a player is 8-Ball Singles Vegas qualified and wins this event their partner will be able to pick another qualified player to compete with in Las Vegas.

Players can only play max 10 handicap in Qualifier events but if they move up between now and the Poolplayer Championships they still can compete there as long as they do not exceed max 12 handicap.

No outside food or drink should be brought into any tournament host location.
