Holiday Toy Drive Scotch Doubles - This Saturday 11/22

Join us this Saturday for Blind Draw Scotch Doubles to raise toys to benefit Delnor Hospital Pediatrics.

Looking for NEW toys to help raise the spirits of children going through a difficult time. Please no stuffed animals. Toys are needed for all age groups.

Blind Draw Scotch Doubles means that players do not build their teams before the event. Players show up and are divided into two groups (higher/lower), and then we randomly pair teams for a unique fun tournament. The $20 entry fee from each player goes to the pot for payouts at the end, while we raise toys.

In the past we have worked with Becca's Legacy, a wonderful organization that donated to local hospitals to help kids in need. It all started with Becca, the daughter of the Becca's Legacy operators, wishing that she could do something positive for the children around her as she battled her illness. When Becca passed, her parents carried on her legacy. After MANY years of operating Becca's Legacy they have decided it was time for them to step down. Now the West Suburban Chicago APA is honored to carry on Becca's wish to help children in our local hospitals. The APA Community has been donating to this cause for the last 4 years and we hope to carry on this tradition that all began with one little girl's wish.

All toys from this event will be delivered to Delnor Hospital Pediatrics on 11/26.
