APA Yearly Membership Fees

Beginning Jan. 1st, 2024 - player's $30 APA yearly Membership Fee will be due before their 1st match is played.

The APA National Office has been encouraging the pay to play approach and starting this Spring Session the West Suburban Chicago APA will begin enforcing it. We had been holding off but the change is inevitable as more and more teams jump over to and prefer the APA Scorekeeper App which will also soon enforce the same pay to play approach. Captains please notify your players so there are no surprises week 1 of the Spring Session.

Please pay APA yearly Membership Fees ($30 unless prorated) on the APA app. If you can not pay on the app yearly fees can still be placed in your folder's MONEY ENVELOPE THE 1ST WEEK THAT PLAYER PLAYS or sooner. Players can not play if they have not paid. Venmo is not accepted for APA yearly Membership Fees as they are to the National Office.

How does this work for host locations:

Rudys Place, Lady T's, End Zone, Bulldogs Cellar, El Costeno?

Rudy's Place - Players pay to play. Reimburse MFs after week 4. Consult with bar with any questions. Any agreement is between host location and player.

Lady T's - Bar will pay MFs for all players on the week 1 roster so submit your full rosters by 12/31. Consult with bar with any questions. Any agreement is between host location and player.

End Zone - Bar will pay MFs for all players on the week 1 roster so submit your full rosters by 12/31. Consult with bar with any questions. Any agreement is between host location and player.

Bulldogs Cellar - Players pay to play. Reimburse MFs after week 4. Consult with bar with any questions. Any agreement is between host location and player.

El Costeno - Player's MFs paid each week if players are added until week 4. Consult with bar with any questions. Any agreement is between host location and player.

All of these are agreements are between the bar and players. If you have more questions please consult with your host location. This is being shared to get information about the change out there and I will update this as solutions are found for each location. Check back.

Looking for ladies to join Ladies Division!

ATTENTION LADIES: We are looking for players to join a new team in the Ladies Division. Play is every 3rd Sunday at 12pm. Available host locations are Rudy's and Corral's. Text the League Office at 630-346-5609 if interested. There is already one team looking to join, but we need to fill a second so not to create a bye - which would result in too few weeks to comfortably get player's play in.

Today we wrap up the 2025 Cash Cup with $12,000 in payouts! 🔥 League Update:This past week's stats won't be processed until Monday due to the Cash Cup.A list with all eligible MVPs for next weekend's MVP tournament will be posted Tuesday.
