We have worked as diligently as possible to work through all impacted schedules for the remainder of the Fall session. Please see below for links for locations of play for the remainder of the session for our Monday and Tuesday double jeopardy teams (Divisions 014,015, 007 and 008). This will be THE resource for locations of play for all future dates of play. We have system limitations that only allow us to update your locations of play on just a week to week basis since no one has a true home location and matches are assigned on a one-off/week to week basis. So please DO NOT look ahead in the schedule in your member services app as it will only be accurate on a week to week basis, not for future matches. These spreadsheets will be your resource for future match locations of play.

With that being said, our Monday and Wednesday travel schedules are also updated and finalized for the remainder of the session barring anymore major unforeseen circumstances. Your schedules are accurate for future matches in the member services app as you each have a true home location of play rather than an office assigned location of play each week. So divisions 009, 018, 016, 017 travel divisions can look ahead for future dates of play to see your scheduled locations of play in the Member Services App.

Please everyone check back to your resources regularly to ensure that no additional changes have been made.

Please understand that we are working with a Tetris of schedules every single night across very limited host location availability. There are several other divisions that play on each given night of play that many of you are not looking at or taking into account when you are looking to possibly reschedule or rehome your match. So, though we appreciate your efforts in trying to assist with schedule arrangements, please do not assume that there is availability anywhere on any given night without checking with us first because the majority of the time there are not many openings left available that we have not already scheduled other matches to. If there was unlimited availability at any of these locations, we wouldn’t be pulling our hair out right now reworking these schedules on a daily and weekly basis to try to accommodate as many people and circumstances as much as we possibly can. We have been put in a very difficult position where we are running out of options and cannot accommodate everyone’s individual limitations on many nights of play. Please trust that we are doing everything in our power to pivot basically on a daily basis as needed.
