SWM office is open!! Spring starts 1/2/26!

Guys, we were back in the office yesterday, but had limited electricity and wifi, they have been doing some upgrades in our area, and then the snow and wind caused some setbacks. We are in the office today and tomorrow, and are answering all inquiries as we speak through out today and tomorrow.......

PLEASE REVIEW YOUR APA APPS. AND MAKE SURE YOUR TEAMS ARE ACCOUNTED FOR IN THE APPROPRIATE DIVISION AS WELL

Please send in any additional changes you have asap, we will get all updated today. We will deliver all 1st week packs on Wednesday, and will start play on Friday in Holland. Please make sure all dues are paid prior to any players playing a match. As normal, you have by the break of balls of week 4, to make any final roster changes.

-Final playoff matches will be scored today, and teams that qualified will be marked as such!

-If any qualified teams split into equal 4s, meaning split down the middle and start new teams, BOTH TEAMS BECOME QUALIFIED.

-We have began to post all upcoming tournaments on FB for your review, I beleive the 1st is 1/17/26.

-Remember, the spring Regionals is usually the 1st weekend of March, normally it is 8 ball on Saturday and 9 Ball on Sunday. Locations/info. is emailed out approximately 30 days prior to the event. It is sent to the email you have on file, if you have blocked APA info. from coming to your email, you will NOT receive your info. needed to attend the regional event.

-All information regarding national events held in Vegas are posted on the national website and can be activated on your APA app. A copy of your by laws and the Rules manual are also availible on you APA app.

-All new players need 4 matches to play in playoffs and 10 lifetime matches to play in our World Qualifier.

WE WILL WORK TODAY AND TOMORROW FROM 9OOAM UNTIL 6OOPM TO FINALIZE THE SPRING SESSION, PLEASE, PLEASE, REVIEW YOUR APA APP FOR UPDATES THAT YOU HAVE ASK US TO MAKE OVER THE PAST FEW WEEKS, WE HOPE TO FINISH MOST TODAY! THIS WILL HELP US HAVE A SMOOTH START TO THE SPRING SESSION.
