Guys, the snow subsided late last night, with a few inches of snow called for over the next 24 hours. All roads are open, all businesses are open. This is our first Michigan snow, time to pull out the heavy coats etc. Plow trucks have done a good job so far.

League play is on for today and the foreseeable future. I am on my way to Holland for our final singles board play this morning, roads are very passable, but wet. Be careful on your travels to and from league play and board play today. As usual, we will monitor the weather through this upcoming week and put out messages accordingly.

Please make sure any and all paperwork, scoresheets, fees, etc are dropped in the pick up drop box, we will need all paperwork etc, as we prepare to set up playoffs on Monday. Niles area will be picked up by 5pm today and Holland area will be picked up by 8pm tonight. All matches played in the playoffs must be turned in same day/night of play. We are watching the weather, most of the snow has fallen, as many of you know, plow trucks do not come out in Michigan until around the midnight hour to clean up. According to the weather report, minimal snow will fall throughout the night.......that said, we will evaluate first thing in the morning to make sure this is the case.......I will relay info to you guys first thing in the morning......
