Several captains have reached out for clarification on paid dues as it relates to matches played........there is some confussion about who monitors teams with unpaid players and so forth........as most of you know the scoresheets go out several days before play and that scoresheet will show players that were unpaid at the time of the print, and you also know we have been promoting, requesting, begging, etc. paying your dues before you play a match for almost 2 years............what you want to know it this..........all you need to do is make sure your players are paid on your team.........once the scoresheets come to the office, all scoresheets will be scored with either an actual score or a be scored as a forfeit, based on paid dues or not paid dues.

NOTE- If you paid your dues on or after August 15, 2023, you were charged the full $30. however, your 2024 dues are prorated to $15, for the entire 2024.......(THIS IS DONE AS WE REALIZE SOME PLAYERS MAY JOIN IN THE LATER PART OF A GIVEN YEAR, THIS IS ACKNOWLEDGED BY OFFERING THE FOLLOWING YEAR AT A PRORATED AMOUNT OF $15.)

Please go out, play your matches, have fun and work on your game. I assure you we will score matches accordingly. We have been promoting players having claiming access to their apps for 2 years now, and put out countless pieces of information of how to access your app, pay your dues, have a password reset link sent to your personal email, and offered the membership services hotline number as well, and we do this well in advance of any match play. You also have a brownish/gold banner that started popping up on your APA apps in late October of every year. We have not received cash in the local office for 2 years now as we continue to position our league to go electronic.

2025 World Qualifer-9 Ball weekend

Wanted to get this message out as quickly as possible............we made great time, splitting tables at our 8 Ball World Qualifier, that said, it allows up to push our start time up for the upcoming 9 Ball weekend. Ladies & Gentlemen, Congratulations to all of you! In particular, both players and captains seem to be much more in the KNOW over these past 3 sessions. Also this is our first year to spit tables in the earlier rounds, it appears to spread things out and make it much more comfortable, and shorten the nights considerably; and still allow time for the players to unwind after the tournament ends

I understand the singles tourney have a bit of a waiting list for tomorrows warm up tournament at Black River Billiards. We will play the 2/3, 4/5, 6/7 all of seperate brackets, $200. added money to each bracket. LUCKY HAS OPENED IT UP TO TAKE A FEW MORE PLAYERS PER BOARD.
