REMINDER

As many of you are familiar we added a PLAY BACK rule to Southwest Michigan APA, about 18 months ago. This rule is generally associated with the beginning of the session as teams are trying to form and during unforseen circumstances such as weather conditions, work schedules, emergencies, etc. Just for clarification, when a team desires to use this rule, they must notify the captain/co-captain of the opposing team at some point during the 1st match of the night, the opposing team gets to choose the player from the other team requesting the play back. The playback match must be the last match of the night. A player cannot be chosen that puts the team over the 23 rule! The play back rule cannot be used in the last 2 weeks of regular league play or playoffs. 😎

The spirit of the rule is to aid Captains in managing their respective teams while being competitive, keeping make up matches to a minimum, and limiting forfeits. 😎

Please note any changes need to come into the office first before we can add or drop a player. At this time, all team rosters must show on the APA app. in order for the player to be eligible to play
