END OF SUMMER SESSION REMINDERS!!!

· Fall Session begins week of September 1, 2025. Please notify the league office if your team is not planning on returning.

· No playbacks in last two weeks of play or playoffs (starts August 4, 2025)

· No Reschedules in the last two weeks of the session unless a team is planning to pre-play their scheduled match.

· Playoffs: August 18-August 24

o Teams eligible for playoffs and Tricups: players must have a minimum of four matches played in the Spring session per format.

o MVP Tournament: To be eligible for the MVP tournament, you must have finished in the top three in your tier in the division in which you play. You also must have played a minimum of 7 matches in the Summer 2025 session.

· You must be current with all fees owed to the League to participate in any League tournament. If you have amounts past due, dollar signs ($$) will be placed next to your name on your scoresheet, and you will not be allowed to play a match until the past due money is current. If a team plays a player owing money all points earned by the player will be forfeited.

August 25-Sept 1: NO PLAY

August 30-31: Summer 2025 MVP Tournament

September 2: 2025 Fall Session Starts

September 20-21: Summer 2025 8-Ball Tri Annual

September 27-28: Summer 2025 9-Ball Tri Annual

October 4-5: Singles Regionals

Summer 2025 MVP Tournament

SUMMER 2025 MVP Tournament to be hosted at Rac'm. Doors open at 9:00 a.m. and play starts at 10:00 a.m. 8-Ball on 08/30/20259-Ball on 08/31/2025 PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED and will open on August 18, 2025 once all scores are input from the final week of session.
