New Teams: To start the new session week one please have your info emailed (sandiego@apaleagues.com) into the League Office no later than Mon March 9th. Teams can join after week one.

Returning Teams: You may update your roster and team name throughout the session. However, Host Locations and Divisions are locked once play begins. Please submit any location or division changes no later than Monday, March 9th.

Division Preview: We will release division information (team rosters, etc) early to allow teams time to review for any errors. Once finalized, the official division details will be re-released on the following dates:


Hooters & Primadonna: Preview 3/6 | Official Release 3/10
Cosmopolitan: Preview 3/13 | Official Release 3/17

Teams from each division have the opportunity to advance to the annual APA 8-Ball Ladies Championship in Las Vegas!

Local divisions of APA Ladies 8-Ball league format as follows:

  • Year-long format, starting in March 2026 and ending in Feb 2027
  • Alternating Friday nights starting at 7:00 pm
  • APA 8-Ball and Weekly League Rules
  • In-House Division at The Break Room, or Traveling Division (select your home location)
  • $30 Team Fee per Team Match
  • Teams of 3-5 women
  • Three (3) individual matches per team match
  • Team Skill Cap of 13 per team match
