Sun–Thurs Spring Session Divisions

Early Release (Coming Soon)

The purpose of posting early / pre-release divisions is to give teams a chance to review and request any needed changes before the official Spring Session schedules are released.

Please note:

  • Accounting and SLs may not be fully updated until we post the official Spring Session schedules shortly before the session begins.
  • You CANNOT change your host location once the Spring Session has started (see cutoff dates below).
  • The first night of the Spring Session is Sun, Jan 4th, which will be posted first.
All other Spring Session nights will follow.

For all changes or corrections, please email only: sandiego@apaleagues.com
(Include team name/number and all necessary details.)

Pre-Release Dates (First Posting of Spring Divisions)

  • Sun–Mon Divisions: first released by Tues, Dec 23rd
  • Tues–Thurs Divisions: first released by Fri, Dec 26th

Once Divisions Are Posted

Once pre-release divisions are posted:

  • If you don’t see your returning team, let us know.
  • If you see your team but something isn’t correct, let us know.
    • In both above cases, please check with the captain of the team first.
  • Teams that do not mark themselves “Not Returning” or notify the League Office are automatically marked as Returning after the regular session ends (see bylaws).
  • Host locations cannot be changed unless the League Office is notified before the official Spring Session schedule is released.
Changes must be received no later than 2 day prior to the official release for that night.

Official Spring Session Schedule Release Dates

  • Sun–Mon Divisions: official release will be on Tues, Dec 30th
  • Tues–Thurs Divisions: official release will be on Fri, Jan 2nd

Important: Schedules may change. Please turn notifications ON in Member Services and/or check schedules again before the first night of Spring Session league play.

Not Returning for Spring or Moving Nights

Teams that have not already communicated they are not returning (or moving) and fail to email
sandiego@apaleagues.com by:

  • Mon, Dec 29th (Sun–Mon divisions), or
  • Thurs, Jan 1st (Tues–Thurs divisions),

will be responsible for the first night of the Spring Session and may be subject to additional action (see bylaws).

Roster Changes for Spring

  • Once Spring divisions are posted, teams may use Scorekeeper to make roster adjustments
(except for captain, co-captain, or singles-qualified players).
  • You may also email roster changes before the Spring Session begins.
After the session starts, text is ok but prior only email changes will be excepted.

Payments & Playing Ahead

  • We recommend NOT paying any weeks ahead, including week 1, until the official Spring Session schedules are posted, due to possible changes.
  • Playing a match ahead of week 1 can result in the match being invalid.

Viewing Spring 2026 Divisions in Member Services

  • In Member Services, select Spring 2026 to view the Spring Session divisions (default will be Fall 2025 until closed out).
  • If you don’t see your team or don’t see yourself on your expected team:
Contact your captain first. If it was an oversight, either the captain or the player may contact us to update the roster.
    • If you don't see your entire division it hasn't been posted.
