Requesting Pre-Play (early) Matches

Teams that need a future week match released early (Pre-Play) so they can use scorekeeper must email/text the league office with the following.

  • Team Name and/or Number.
  • Week of Play you want released early.

The League Office can only release future weeks based on the following:

Teams that play Tues, Wed and Thurs night: we can only post on Fri so requests must be in by end of day Thurs.

Teams that play Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon night: we can only post on Tues so requests must be in by end of day Mon.

If you miss the window of time you will have to wait until the following week.

Teams can keep a match on paper if they miss a window and enter the score once the match is released.

Situation: Both players don't lag at the approx same time, is this a re-lag? No, only the following conditions will result in a re-lag: If the lagged balls make contact with each other, both players fail to strike the foot rail during the lag, or a ball stops in the jaw of a pocket, re-lag.
