The Fall Session 9-Ball City Tournament is scheduled for Jan 31-Feb 3 at Triple Barrel Tavern and Break Time Billiards. The tournament consists of 47 teams and is Modified Single Elimination. One (1) team will be qualifying for the APA World Pool Championships hosted in Las Vegas, in August 2020! 

BOTH LOCATIONS START FRIDAY, JAN 31 @ 7:00pm.

  • The tournament board is linked below. Please note when and where your team(s) play on Friday and/or Saturday. Round times on Saturday are different for each location.
  • All Sunday play will take place at the primary location, Triple Barrel Tavern, on Sunday morning beginning at 10:00am.
  • A Team Captain's Meeting will be held @ 6:30pm at both locations. 
  • Team captains, you received World Qualifier Certification Forms on week 1 with instructions to return them in the weekly envelope. Remember that the forms are due by Sunday, Jan 26. 

ANY TEAM THAT WILL NOT HAVE THEIR CERT FORM SUBMITTED ON TIME MUST CALL THE OFFICE OR BE SUBJECT TO A FIRST ROUND FORFEIT.

2026 Ladies 8-Ball Vegas Qualifier Info

The Ladies 8-Ball Vegas Qualifier will begin at 11 am on Saturday, March 14 (doors open at 10 am). Triple Barrel Tavern will be the host location for this event. There will be three rounds on Saturday and three on Sunday. The Player's Meeting will be at 10:45 am Saturday morning. One Ladies' team will qualify to compete in Las Vegas from April 27-30, 2026. NOTE: The first round will start after the 9:45 players' meeting each day. There will be player meetings 15 minutes before the official start time each morning. If you do not play in the first round either day and do not wish to attend the player's meeting, please check in at the tournament table 10 minutes before your first match. You can look at the board you will be playing and the match schedu
