Due to forecasts, current conditions, and closures of host locations APA Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill is strongly encouraging players and teams to reschedule tonight's matches. If your team plays in a host location that plans to open tonight and you would like to play, please reach out to the host location to ensure they are still open and the opposing team to verify they will be there. Team captains may call the league office (919) 578-4758 to get the opposing team captains phone number.

48 team board is currently full. Due to demand, board size will be increased to 64 if 12 teams are added to the waitlist by January 2, 2025 at noon. If you wish to be put on the waitlist, you must contact the League Office 919-478-5748. All teams must be onsite and paid prior to 11am. At 11am any unpaid slots will go to teams on the wait list. Bonus Points, Team Envelopes, and Individual Makeup Matches Team Envelopes must be completed and returned each week.When completing the information on the label, use one line. Bonus points will only be awarded if the label is completed in full and the envelope is returned to the League Office each week. If you do not complete a all five individual matches, the team envelope must still be returned

There will be player meetings 15 minutes before the official start time for each tier. If you do not play in the first round either day and do not wish to attend the player's meeting, please check in at the tournament table 10 minutes before your first match. You can look at the board you will be playing and the match schedule to determine your first-round match. Please understand that if your opp
