SPRING SESSION WEEK of 12/30 - 1/5

  • Monday 12/30/19 normal schedule.
  • Tuesday 12/31/19 there will NOT be any league play. 
    • Week 1 for Tuesday night teams will be January 7, 2020. 
    • Tuesday night play will be 15 weeks long.
  • Wednesday 01/01/20 normal schedule
  • Thursday 01/02/20 normal schedule
  • Friday 01/03/20 Ladies Night Out 7pm.
  • Saturday 01/04/20 9-Ball Doubles Qualifier (registration link available in news feed on the mobile app)
  • Sunday 01/05/20 8-Ball Travel and Ladies League 1pm.

**Big Dawg for the 2020 Spring Session will be calculated using the first 15 weeks of each division.

CITIES QUALIFIED TEAMS - Complete and return the Team Certification form for 8-Ball and 9-Ball immediately forms will not be accepted the weekend of cities. 

**All teams that return their Team Certification Form with their week 1 scoresheet(s) will be entered into a drawing for a round one bye in Cities. To be eligible, Scoresheet(s) and Cert form must be turned in on scheduled week 1 night of play.

FALL SESSION DIVISION WINNERS - Complete and return T-Shirt form(s) by Jan 12 to receive your team shirts.

PAYING MEMBERSHIPS & WEEKLY FEES

  • ALL PLAYERS must pay their 2020 membership fee before they play in 2020. 
  • Membership payments can be made in the mobile app, at league.poolplayers.com or in cash during league play.
  • If a player plays without paying their membership, 
    • The team will not earn bonus points for the week.
    • No points will be awarded to the team for that individual match.
  • If the member has not registered online, use one of the membership forms located in the Team Captain’s Handbook.

ONLINE APA ACCOUNT ACCESS

  • Download the mobile app for android and IOS or browse to league.poolplayers.com both allow you to update your membership information, pay your membership, show lifetime stats, upcoming matches, a calendar of events, local league news, local bylaws, and allow you to access APA league rules.

TOURNAMENT & LEAGUE SCHEDULE - available at league.poolplayers.com and via the mobile app.

MATCHES NEEDED TO QUALIFY

  • New players (and those new to a format) need 10 matches to be eligible for city tournaments in the format for which you are competing. (9 prior to playoffs to be eligible for playoffs & 10 by the end of playoffs)
  • Existing players need 6 matches prior to playoffs to be eligible to compete in playoffs and cities.

  • Contact us (info@apa-raleigh.com) if you need any additional forms or handouts for your Team Captain’s Folder.
  • Please join our Team Captain Facebook group which can be found on the @APARaleigh Facebook page.
  • PLEASE go over all of the information in this form with your teammates during league play.
