Letter of appreciation from APA Assistant Vice President

by APA Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill

TO:  All APA Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill 8-Ball Tri-Annual Players

I wanted to take a minute to express my sincere appreciation to each and every member that participated in this past weekend's Tri-Annual Tournament.   This Tournament marked the VERY FIRST Tri-Annual to test out the Electronic Scorekeeping for Tournaments solution.

You all helped in ways you may not even realize.  The willingness to do everything on paper and electronically, as well as provide feedback and identify any issues was beyond helpful.  I know we asked a lot of you during this and cannot say Thank You enough for the manner in which everyone not only embraced it but handled it.   All of you epitomized what it means to be part of TEAM APA this weekend!

This is truly an exciting time for APA and the future of Scorekeeping and you can all say "we were the first".

I have already consolidated my notes and shared them with our President and the Tech Team and am looking forward to Round 2 at the upcoming 9-Ball Tri-Annual Tournament.

If I didn't get to speak to you personally please know that it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of this journey with you and get to know more of you.

Best regards,

Glenda F Owenby

Assistant Vice President
