• Scoresheets will no longer be delivered to host locations for 8-ball and 9-ball. All information is available through APA Mobile Apps. Should you need a blank scoresheet, it will be available at each location in the APA folder.
• When scheduling a makeup match you must notify the League Office and the host location of the day and time. Makeup matches must be played at the original home location unless arranged by the league office.  
• When keeping score, keep in mind that innings and Defenses DO NOT have to match. Never change your innings and defenses to match the other team’s. If your team doesn't keep score for an individual match, skip that match, do not copy from your opponent.

Match Requirements and Bonus Points

• All players new and established are required to have 6 matches in order to play in post-session play (Playoffs and Tri-Cities).
• ALL PLAYERS must have a paid membership to play, if a team plays an unpaid player the team will be charged for the membership fee and lose bonus points for that week.
• Membership payments can be made in the mobile app, at league.poolplayers.com or in cash during league play.
• All information must be completed on the team envelope and fees included for bonus points to be awarded.
