Matches needed to play in Summer Playoffs and Tri-Cities - All players new and established are required to have 6 matches in order to play in post-session play.

9-Ball Cert Forms are due in the office by May 19

Memberships and Team Envelopes

ALL PLAYERS must have a paid membership to play, if a team plays an unpaid player the team will be charged for the membership fee and lose bonus points for that week.
Membership payments can be made in the mobile app, at league.poolplayers.com, or in cash during league play.
All information must be completed on the team envelope and fees included for bonus points to be awarded.

Fall 9-Ball Tri-Annual Board and Info

The 2025 Fall Session 9-Ball Tri-Annual will be January 10-11, 2026 at Break Time Billiards. The tournament is Single Elimination. Ten (10) teams will win a slot and advance to the APA Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill World Qualifier scheduled for June 2026. Important reminder, we will be testing electronic scorekeeping during this Tri-Annual and each team will be required to keep score on both paper
