Spring World Qualifier Teams - Complete and return your Team Certification Form
- 8-Ball Cert Forms are due in the office by April 28
- 9-Ball Cert Forms are due in the office by May 19
Memberships and Team Envelopes
- ALL PLAYERS must have a paid membership to play, if a team plays an unpaid player the team will be charged for the membership fee and lose bonus points for that week.
- Membership payments can be made in the mobile app, at league.poolplayers.com, or in cash during league play.
- All information must be completed on the team envelope and fees included for bonus points to be awarded.
