The Summer Session 9-Ball City Tournament is scheduled for Oct 5-8 at Brass Tap/Brown's Billiards. The tournament consists of 42 teams and is Modified Single Elimination (guaranteed to play twice not lose twice). One (1) team will be qualifying for the APA World Pool Championships hosted in Las Vegas, August of 2019!

A Team Captain's Meeting will be held 30 minutes prior to the start of first round play on Friday night and Saturday morning. Team captains must turn in their "Team Certification Form" BEFORE the team captains meeting. Therefore, team captains should get the signatures of their team members prior to the first round of play. Any player not signing the "Team Certification Form" prior to the start of the tournament will be ineligible to participate. All rounds are scheduled according to match numbers on the tournament board. All APA game rules and Local Bylaws apply.

2026 Ladies 8-Ball Vegas Qualifier Info

The Ladies 8-Ball Vegas Qualifier will begin at 11 am on Saturday, March 14 (doors open at 10 am). Triple Barrel Tavern will be the host location for this event. There will be three rounds on Saturday and three on Sunday. The Player's Meeting will be at 10:45 am Saturday morning. One Ladies' team will qualify to compete in Las Vegas from April 27-30, 2026.
